I’m Alysha—a retired professional dancer, creative producer, and movement coach.
Movement first found me through dance, but over time it became something deeper through my own healing journey. During a period of inner struggle, I discovered practices that helped me reconnect with my body, mind, and spirit—an experience that continues to shape the way I teach today.
To me, movement is more than exercise—it’s a doorway to self-discovery, resilience, and inner connection. My goal is to help students build strength while cultivating an embodied awareness they can carry with them far beyond the mat.
